Our History
Welcome to the legacy of YaashKrishni Food Science Limited, a journey that commenced in 1954 with the inception of Bharat Cafe in Ghatkopar, a pure veg family restaurant founded by Vittal Shetty. This humble beginning ignited our passion for exploring the Food & Beverage market.
In 2005, the birth of 'Yash Bakers' marked a significant milestone, followed by the establishment of the first two outlets under the brand 'Ribbons & Balloons - The Cake Shop' in Matunga and Thane, venturing into the celebration business after 50 years. Rapid expansion ensued with two more outlets in Vashi and Powai in 2006, and our flagship outlet in Chembur in 2008.
The year 2016 witnessed our expansion into Pune, followed by our entry into Mangalore in 2018 and Patna in 2021, culminating in a network of over 180 outlets across these four cities.
Recognizing the widespread appreciation for our products, we diversified into retail in 2020, extending our reach across Gujarat, Maharashtra, Goa, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, and beyond. Additionally, our Kiosks Model for Corporates & Colleges, introduced in 2020, now thrives on over 10 campuses.
Looking towards the future, we are excited to unveil our upcoming brand, 'HoneyBoo - Icecreams & More,' set to launch in 2024.
Led by founder Satish Shetty, along with Yash Shetty, CEO & Director, and Krishni Shetty, CMO & Director, our journey is a testament to passion, innovation, and a commitment to delighting our customers across every touchpoint.
